Hello Folks,

                         now you are at the start of your 4^th year of your engineering journey.  well a lot of Students confused what to do in last year and also what after 4^th year  

So here I am for that guide to you as a mentor, lot of  student have question pop up in mind why would I do this for you? So the answer is when I was in that track as you now have then there was no one there for guiding  me that’s why I do for all those who are that position right now. Well in college no one tell you what to do after engineering nor a faculty until you ask them.

There are many branches divide into what after engineering

1.      Final year project 
2.        GATE
3.        ISRO
4.        DRDO
5.        CAT 
6.        CIVIL SERVICES EXAM
7.        JOB
8.        INTERNSHIP
9.        IELTS/GRE
10.        STARTUP

Final year project:

        Well you all worry about your project here I gonna give some tips

          

.     Choose correctly your group members
.     Minimum 3 and maximum 5 its depends on your faculty
.     Don’t shame in anyone like S/HE is my best frnd so usko bura lagega blah..bla
.     Choose moderate project not so hard or simple
.     Don’t take SSIP project
.     Take a help your professor and seniors to choose topic
.     According to me don’t take IDP(industry define project)
.     It is okay to take purchase fully ready project but you have to know all and every detail about small parts of your project
.     Make ready before one month of your viva
.      Make Report simple ,short and easy to understand 

GATE :

      Exam in February
     Fully technical knowledge
Deep knowledge about concept include 11-12^th basics maths
         Maths+aptitude+technical

=       - if you're doing GATE then ISRO and DRDO also included in these preparations but change in paper pattern

·      Pro
                    = get job in PSU
                     = get good IIT for master
                     = get good salary like 50k starting
·      Cons
                    = if u have guts to prepare this exam then only take it otherwise don’t because I saw a lot of students leave that between the preparation and give up.

                 =  well you have to tackle with all your college work viva exams with  this preparation

 CAT for MBA

       This is all about business management

           Marketing- sales

           Finance

           Consulting

            HRM                                      

-         Exam in November
-         Knowledge about vocab+maths +aptitude
-         Benefits for who don’t like engineering
-         Believe me in MBA 70% students are engineer
 
   So here is the Que.  Why those student in MBA?
Answer is good salary package starting 12LPA in top B school
Median is 20 LPA
In highest is vary to vary cllg
    Pros
-get a great cllg like IIM’S, XLRI, MDI, symbiosis, FMS
 -100% placement
- get tag of iims brand
Cons
-         For those who are not interested please don’t take it
 

  For getting good amount of salary you have to do hard work

C      CIVIL SERVICES EXAM( IAS,GPSC,IBPS,…)

-         Its comes when government take out notification
-         You have knowledge about every aspect domain
-         Know about daily current affairs+general knowledge
-         Two part of exam:
-         1. Prelims

-         2. Mains

It                it takes time to crack this exam

               also you know  what is IAS officer reputation in our society so for that you have to grill yourself.

        Thinking  about campus placement ?
its joke righttttttttt😂
Yes it is .
It’s a fact about the college
According to me only IT and computer department’s student get some campus placement
  
As a fresher you go outside to take a job no one give you good salary starting 15-20k
                Even for getting job we have to compromise out of our field work which is not right…..but in the end we take that job because we have family pressure and a lot of things.

                       According to me: here you doing the biggest mistake of your life.

·      Some Ahmedabad companies and GIDC’S

       Basically these company conduct  online aptitude+coding exam and then filtering 3-4 round process for interview.

-         The main point is you have to knowledge about codding language (c++, java,python)

-         They're offering 30-35k around salary

INTERNSHIP 

                                I hope you have at least done one internship till now.  

If not then don’t worry, do it when you get time.

During this COVID-19 things most of you also free at your home,so utilize this time not watching Netflix and Amazon Prime videos…..haha😁 jokes apart

IELTS/GRE:
                     IELTS exam is going for Canada to do MS.
                     GRE is for USA.

-          Must Have 8 above CGPA and all cleared semester
Its vary to person to person who want to where.
Total expense for abroad studying approximately 15-20 lac.

STARTUP:
                In my opinion right now it's not our cup of tea.
